Summary: A digital file containing the relationship of the 1986 EA structure to the 1991 EA structure has been created as a result of the 1991 Census.

The relationship between the 1986 EA structure and 1991 EA structure is determined by the spatial coverage of the two structures. 1986 EAs that covered the same area covered by a 1991 EA create a relationship between the two structures.
